Challenge:

Due to the increased number of teachers, employees, and students working from home, there has been a greater need to turn physical documents into virtual documents.

Solution:

This resource quickly educates iphone users on how to turn a physical document into a PDF that can be saved, uploaded, and shared virtually. It provides a step by step account of how to do this through the Notes app that every iPhone user has easy access to.

Results:

Feedback was received that the infographic was successful in educating iPhone users how to create a PDF with their Notes app. One user reported he "honestly didn't know you could do that with your notes," and another claimed she was able to scan a PDF in "less than a minute" with the support of this handout.
